Hand Tracking Smart Lamp

Using laser-cut wood designed in Rhino 3D, my teammate and I created a hand-tracking lamp that runs on Arduino IDE and Processing 3 for hand tracking. The hardware consists of one camera, two servo motors, one double joint controlled by a hidden servo, ~700 lines of code total, Arduino Bluetooth, internal wood housing, 3D printed led, and camera housing. Data passed from the camera to the laptop to Processing 3 to the Arduino. This project was done at Nuvu Studios over the span of a month.
